Today I went for my first open water swim in the warmer weather and I thought to myself "why are you not doing this more often?" It's been since February that I've visited stoney cove and it was a delight to be my swimsuit again and have a lovely refreshing swim around the cove. There were baby more-hens and lots of ducks.

so I made a pledge to myself to make time to go weekly over the summer and enjoy this activity in the warmer weather, so my question to you is what can you pledge to do weekly for yourselves over the summer 😊
