About Community Tai Chi Scotland

Hello and a warm welcome to Community Scotland! We are a small community group of Tai Chi 'Players', who meet once a week online to learn and practice Tai Chi.

Tai chi is a form of exercise which consists of slow, flowing movements which when practiced provides improvement in strength and mobility. It is well known for its many health benefits, to both body and mind. It can help to strength your legs, provide better flexibility in the joints, the hips in particular and helps to reduce anxiety and stress levels. It helps you to relax, improves your mood and ability to sleep better.

We can promise you'll have fun in the session too!
