About Oakham Tai Ji Quan Dao
My teacher is Bob Chidgey of Stamford Tai Chi Club, and our Sifu is Herman Chan-Pensley, whose school, Tai Ji Quan Dao (The Way of Tai Ji Quan) was established in 1987. I train with them as a member of their instructors' group.
An introduction to the class
The Oakham group meets every Tuesday at Voluntary Action Rutland (VAR), Oakham and close by in Langham Village Hall every Thursday. Spaces limited so please email or ring to reserve your place. These classes are part of a local group of the Tai Ji Quan Dao school.
There are classes at 10am and 7.30pm on Tuesdays, and 1pm (Qi Gong only) & 2.30pm on Thursdays.
