* The Ladies Keep Fit exercise sessions are part of our LLR Girls Can community and encourage ladies of all abilities to try a range of different activities such as yoga, walking, running, netball, kickboxing and sitting volleyball, in a safe and supported environment. This is a social group and sessions are free to all participants. More information below.
