About Somali Development Services CIC
The majority of Somali Development Services (SDS) users are women and children. The swimming sessions promoted on this page are for mothers and daughters only. Please visit their website for the other services that they offer to all including dementia awareness and information on local health services.
SDS are providing swimming sessions for some of these women and their daughters. There are multiple different swimming pools across Leicester that are available within this offer.
These swimming activities will help them with their health and wellbeing and it will minimise their isolation which will improve their mental health. These activities will be an opportunity for them to enhance their relationship with their daughter and to enrich their intergeneration
relationship
The swimming session is a package deal for Mother and Daughter and it is free for SDS members.
