Ashby Santa Fun Run & Walk

Ashby Santa Run are delighted to announce the return of the Ashby Santa Fun Run & Walk 2021! After having to re-imagine the 2020 event to take in to account Covid restrictions where we held our Ashby Santa Family Fun Workout, we are so pleased to be planning for a return to a more traditional Santa Fun Run & Walk for 2021. Held as normal over the Ashby Christmas lights switch on weekend, we'll be holding our more traditional event on Sunday 5th December.

We are making a few changes to this years event, the biggest one being the removal of the Santa suits that we used to include with your entry fee. We've taken this decision as we felt we had a responsibility to make out event as environmentally friendly as possible and the thought of nearly 1500 Santa suits being worn once and sent to landfill having already been transported half way across the world made us re-consider this part of the event. Therefore we're cutting the price of entry and asking people to dress in their own colourful festive fancy dress! This could be a Santa hat, a Christmas jumper or a full Santa or Christmas suit, whatever you choose...obviously the bigger, brighter and more festive the better! We do have some Santa suits available for purchase should you choose to at just £5 each and these will be available as usual at our stall in Market Street on the 3 Saturday's before the event.

All entrants will still receive a medal and there will also be a free chocolate bar for all children who enter.

Entries will be £6 per person for all ages.
