Held over a 5 mile course almost entirely off road and taking in some of the fine scenery the National Forest has to offer.

Run in the Forest
The surface comprises hard packed trails and canal tow paths with some sections of tarmac. There will also be a 1 mile fun run before the main 5 mile race takes place and will cost £2 to enter. Any runners under 9 will need to be accompanied by an adult.
