Returning Kids Summer Yoga Tribe at Waltham on the Wolds Melton Mowbray also Braunston in Rutland Village Hall this summer! Activities: yoga challenges, yoga pose bingo, arts &crafts, fun games, freeze yoga tag, lots of yoga fun and outdoor time.

Kids Yoga Tribe
A super yoga day to support mental health and boost physical ability based on the philosophy of yoga and life tools to manage the mind. Introducing 'calm time' with mindfulness and meditation stories and then lots of fun yoga games to develop balance, motor skills and build physical strength. The reviews from the Yoga Tribe kids since we began has been great - please see the social media and website. All welcome with water bottle and picnic ages 5-11 years! A chance to be yourself in a safe and fun environment that nurtures kindness and empathy. Led by DBS certified and safe guarding experienced children's yoga and mindfulness teachers Emma Ansell and Helen Taylorson - we both teach year round in schools and pre schools across Leicestershire and Rutland.
