Kids Yoga Tribe
Yoga day for kids to be themselves and explore yoga, mindfulness and calming techniques in a fun and safe environment. Yoga games, arts and crafts and lots of activities based on the yoga philosophy of kindness and empathy. Great games to enjoy and outside time to release energy and build self esteem. A great way to build physical awareness, balance, motor skills and strength also to support mental well-being and emotional literacy.
