Brand new parent and baby class, starting on the 5th of April at Waterfield Leisure centre.
Sessions are relaxed, social and available to everyone regardless of your fitness level.
No need to worry about your baby crying, our instructors will be on hand to help.
1st class is free - £6.30 thereafter.
