Apnapan Active weekly sessions run every Tuesday 11:00 till 12:00 at Braunstone Civic Centre Leicester.
Supported by 'we are undefeatable' campaign and Active Together to help encourage movement for people living with long term health conditions such as arthritis, cancer, dementia, diabetes and heart disease.
Facilitated by Jas of ONYX fitness each session combines strength training, cardio, and bhangra dance. A variety of training for all levels.
A fun and friendly space where everyone is supported to go at their own comfortable pace. Alternative activity and seated options are available if needed.
Facilitator Jas and volunteers are multilingual in English, Panjabi, Gujarati and Hindi.
£5 per calendar month membership fee. Pre booking is essential.
