As it is the 2nd Sunday of the month, this Hatha flow yoga class includes the delicious practise of yoga nidra, a guided meditation practise.
Sunday evening yoga classes -
Each week is themed and you can expect yoga postures, short meditations which are guided and plenty of time for relaxation. The perfect way to finish off a Sunday evening.
This Sunday includes the wonderful practise of yoga nidra.
Yoga nidra is a transformative state of deep relaxation, where you are guided into a conscious yet deep sleep. It is a very nourishing and restorative practise.
Just wear anything that you would feel comfortable exercising in.
Sunday evenings 7.15pm - 8.30pm £10 standard price / £7.50 concessions

If there is a need to cancel your place, refunds (less a 50p admin charge pp which includes Stripe's charges) will be offered if a minimum 2 hours notice of the class time is given. Within 2 hours then refunds cannot be given.
Alternatively the booking can be transferred to another equivalent class if a minimum 2 hours notice of the class time is given.
