Activity Information
Our inclusive multi-sports session takes place every Wednesday morning from 11.10am to 11.55am at Loughborough Leisure Centre.
The session takes over half of the Sports Hall and fills the space with a variety of activities and lots of fun.
We begin the session with a warmup before participants can try several of Basketball, Badminton, dance, Gymnastics, target games, Tennis and parachute games.
The session is led by Roy and Steph and they encourage, demonstrate and play along with the aim to get everyone involved.
It's a turn up and take part activity. Come the Leisure Centre reception, pay there and the staff will show you where to go.
£2 per session.
