Activity Information
- Our sessions are fun and social, but give you a good workout. We always warm-up, and then have a mixture of some practice drills and playing a game. It's ideal for everyone and is suitable for all ages and abilities. The group accommodates all players even if you're recovering from an injury, have limitations through ill-health or just want to get fitter! All you need is comfy clothing, a good bra, and the desire to get moving with a smile on your face.
