Activity Information
Whether you want to lose weight, train for an event, or simply enjoy exercising with friendly people whilst exploring your local area, our beginners running group offers something for everyone.
Social group from Walking to jeffing, to jogging to running this group caters for all and always ends with a drink and chat at the end.
Wednesdays, 11am. Beginner group runs continuously throughout the year.
