Activity Information
Get support from professionals for your physical and mental health and wellbeing by coming along to our cafe style session.
You can also unwind and recharge with a relaxing yoga class specifically tailored to help women going through perimenopause and menopause.
Please note:
Every 3rd Thursday.
Sessions last between 6-8pm, with it being:
6-7pm - Menopause Wellbeing Cafe - FREE
7-8pm - Menopause yoga -£4 per session (booking required)
You are welcome to attend anytime during the menopause cafe, and then stay for the yoga. Or, just attend the cafe, or just attend the yoga.
