Activity Information
A 45 minute flowing movement class designed to allow your body to feel fluid, lovely and gorgeous again.
Notes:
~ This is a general level class.
~ As this is an online class, it is important that everyone takes responsibility for their own bodies, what they are able, and unable to do.
~ Please work within your body's limitations today, its really important not to push yourself beyond your point of ease.
~ Please advise the teacher of any issues prior to the class, so exercises can be adapted. However, be aware that close observation is difficult with online classes, please stop or regress to an earlier stage if anything feels wrong or painful. We can discuss after class on how to work around in the future.
~ Everyone will be muted throughout the class to allow for all clients to enjoy a peaceful class.
