Activity Information
Because we are on demand, and the routines don't need equipment and don't get onto the floor, the whole family can access over 1300 videos including yoga, dance, Tai Chi, Pilates, total Body strength and conditioning, balance and fall prevention, brain workouts and rehab from injury or illness, anytime and virtually anywhere.
All video routines can be accessed by smartphone, computer or smart TV. Workouts from a bed, chair or standing by professional instructors and medically approved.
