Are you ready to take your Pilates to the next level?
Challenge your strength, co-ordination, balance and flexibility to the max in this small group class.
Adaptations are made to suit individual needs and goals. It is common on this class for one person to be doing one particular exercise whilst someone else is doing something that looks quite different.
There's usually an opportunity to use a foam roller and for those aiming to increase bone density or muscular strength, you'll learn how to integrate hand weights into two or more exercises.

SuperJo will switch live Zoom sessions for exclusive, high-quality videos on these dates:
12th & 19th April 2024 (with potential for two additional sessions).
Simply log in at your usual class time to access your exclusive workout, tailored specifically for SuperJo's Pilates clients. Additionally, you'll receive a bonus class recording around these dates, providing you with extra practice opportunities.
