Activity Information
Meeting on Mondays at 6pm outside Tarro Lounge, The Crescent, Hinckley.
We will head out on the route from 6:15pm and aim to be back at Tarro by around 7pm.
We are a mental health peer support group on the move, aiming to cover 5km each week. No-one is left behind as the jog will be at a conversation pace.
Thanks to Tarro Lounge, we have access to toilets / drinking water and a social space after the session if you'd like to stay for a cuppa and a chat.

All sessions are free and open to those aged over 18 years of age.
