Activity Information
Our Seated Activity sessions run weekly on Tuesdays at the Freer Community Centre in Wigston.
Sessions are split into a beginner and intermediate level to allow for progression. We will help you to improve your stability, balance and overall strength. First session free and then just £2.
Beginner: 10:30-11:15
Intermediate: 11:30-12:15
