Activity Information

Taekwondo4Women is a ladies-only class for women who want to learn the martial art of taekwondo. Run by a female instructor with over 15 years experience, we aim to create a friendly, supportive and relaxed environment where like-minded ladies come to have fun and feel comfortable learning a martial art together. A typical class is a mix of: low-impact fitness, strength and conditioning exercises pad work to practice technique and develop power line work (working on techniques in formation) stretching for greater flexibility patterns & syllabus work No matter what your age or fitness level, you will be able to participate as the exercises are adaptable and everyone works to their individual ability: the only person you are competing with is yourself! Much of the pad work is done in pairs which allows students to work at their own pace. For more information or to try a free class, please visit www.taekwondo4all.com.
