Helping you to add some exercise into your daily life that will give you increased health and well-being, both mental and physical.
Tai Chi: is an ancient Chinese martial art – it's sometimes called "meditation in motion" that integrates breathing and relaxation with gentle movement.
A big benefit of Tai Chi is that it can significantly enhance the activity of our immune system. Although it looks gentle, it is a surprisingly good workout.
In addition Tai Chi can lead to faster brain benefits plus it is as effective as conventional exercise like "Zumba" for reducing body weight and visceral fat.
Initially the course will be run over 10 weekly sessions on Tuesdays at 6pm for up to an hour, starting on 20th June: let me know or just turn up before
