Totally Shredded Godalming ON DEMAND - a HIIT class to some top tunes mostly 90's club music, and occasionally a Drum n Bass or Garage week. This is a recorded class from one of our Tuesday sessions, and it's valid for 4 days. There are various options so if you're new to this then please take the OPTION 1 that I offer on various moves, then you can 'up your game' when you do more classes! Choose the options that are good for YOU - I can't stress this enough! Make it YOUR class. This is a fantastic class if you want to get fitter (and sing along/throw in some random dance moves too while doing it!!!)
