Activity Information
We currently meet on Zoom, the Zoom meeting ID is 2020704222 and the password is 2020.
We begin the session we by mobilising all joints and muscles - from the largest to the smallest!
We then do some cardiovascular exercise to work our hearts and lungs a little bit to maintain our stamina prior to cooling down.
We then do some muscle and bone strengthening exercise using resistance bands, abdominal and pelvic floor exercises, balance exercises and flexibility stretches.
We learn how to get up from the floor safely, just in case we should fall one day, you don't actually have to get down onto the floor, you just watch so that you learn the procedure.
We also arrange social activities.
