Activity Information
The sessions:
- The Tuesday football sessions are coach led football sessions for people who've never touched a football, are returning to playing, or have played regularly.
- The session is split into training time to build and develop our skills and then time for games.
- We break out into 2 groups depending on experience / ability level to make sure the session is suited to as many people as possible.
- There's also a kick around on Sunday mornings, 11-12, at Victoria Park - this isn't coach led. Just a couple of players turn up with bibs and cones and play a friendly game with whoever can make it, this is also mixed gender.
Timings:
- Sessions last from 6:30pm - 8pm but players can leave earlier if they need / want to.
Price and bookings:
- £3 for an hour £4.50 for 1.5 hours (if people cannot afford this we encourage them to speak to us as we have some money allocated to help).
- We don't take bookings, just ask people to get in touch via the website or Instagram beforehand so we know if we're expecting new faces. We'll then add you to a WhatsApp group for the regular updates.
Players with a disability:
- We have players who use hearing aids, have ADHD and autism, and quite a few have been open about identifying with anxiety. If there are ways we can cater the sessions to help people we're keen for them to speak to us.
