This week I got chance to go up and get a selfie with my phonebox! I was sat at the traffic lights on nearby, and I saw a lady with a pram stop and have a look at it and it made me so proud. This campaign is all about helping people to find ways to stay active that suit THEM and I really hope that if my story makes a difference to just one person it will be a win!

This week I am leading 2 classes, one online and one face to face in Ravenstone Village Hall, and I will be coaching at my other 2 classes at Cattows Farm. Having an active job does help me stay motivated as my income relies on it, but January is definitely a bit of a struggle. But remember - small changes lead to big changes!
