Today us champions had the honour of attending the Active Together conference to talk about our journeys. It was amazing to meet all the other champions in person (I was buzzing because I bumped into Claire in the carpark as soon as I arrived so we could find our way into the venue together.)

It was slightly nerve wracking but also really emotional sharing my journey to all those people. It's almost a year since I started my fitness business and realising the difference I can make for other people is so rewarding. Hearing more from the other Champions was also super emotional.

The biggest think I took away from it all is the good that Active Together are working so hard to do. To keep people moving in a world where motivation is at an all time low. To improve the mental and physical health of everyone in the community. To make being active accessible to all.

I am so proud of the small part I'm playing in all of this.

Oh, and the lunch was excellent too.
