Jasmine from Oadby & Wigston
Jasmine has spent the last 10 years working with all ages of her local community, from children as young as 4 to adults in their 70's through physical activity, but she doesn't want to stop there.
As a fitness instructor, Jasmine regularly delivers This Girl Can classes in Countesthorpe, which is a class designed to help individuals get active in a group situation. She has met and helped hundreds of women through delivering the classes, improving their confidence, self-esteem and physical health.
Jasmine is also passionate about encouraging children and young people about changing their lifestyle, and helps children who have less confidence in PE to become active and confident people. In 2022, Jasmine set up a Friday Fitness Club, which targets SEN children and those with limited opportunities to be active.
Jasmine has also recently become a first-time mum, and remained active throughout her pregnancy. Now, she wants to help motivate other mothers and soon-to-be mums to be active throughout their pregnancy and beyond.
