Richard from Leicester City
Richard sees being active for both physical and mental wellbeing and ensures that both his sons have time for their activities.
Richard takes regular walks with his eldest son around their local neighbourhood and, as he has autism, likes to keep the routine of taking the same route. However, they ring the changes by looking at and talking about all sorts of things such as nature and other things they see while they are out.
When not caring for his son, Richard likes to take walks for himself which he sees as a necessary reflective time. In addition, he also supports and encourages his younger son in his own activities.
