About Jiggly Joggers
Jiggly Joggers are a group of ladies all shapes and sizes from all backgrounds who were all equally terrified of the thought of running.
Now we proudly pound the streets of the East End of Glasgow surprising ourselves each week and having a lot of laughs along the way.
Our mantra is 'no jiggly left behind'.
There are no slow runners in our group, there are simply just runners, joggers, walkers however you want to describe yourself.
So grab your trainers, a good sports bra and come join Elaine and the rest of Team Jiggly and say hello to the new you!
