Activity Information
YoGlasgow! promotes and delivers yoga programmes to people who live in areas of Glasgow with little access to yoga, to share its benefits. YoGlasgow! is based in The Phoenix Community Centre in Easterhouse, Glasgow.
The aim of YoGlasgow! is to restore health to individuals so that they can manage their own wellbeing and reduce their reliance on medication and visits to the doctor. Yoga is a mind and body practice that can build strength and flexibility. It may also help manage pain and reduce stress.
