About YoGlasgow!
The aim of YoGlasgow! is to restore health to individuals so that they can manage their own wellbeing and reduce their reliance on medication and visits to the doctor. Covid-19 impacted the physical and mental health of many people. Yoga provides a practical way to restore and maintain wellbeing. You don't need any special equipment or clothing – we provide a friendly, welcoming space with a teacher to guide you.
We teach yoga to improve physical and mental health and bring people together. Chair Yoga is a great way of meeting people and finding support from others who may have similar symptoms or circumstances. There is nothing more helpful than someone's lived experience that they can share.
