Jo has suffered with depression in the past, which led her to start incorporating physical activity into her life, which has been a game-changer for improving both her physical and mental well-being.

In 2020, Jo joined a local Zumba sessions, and she hasn't looked back since! Now, Jo is dedicated to attending two classes per week, including 'This Girl Can' sessions and 'Legs, Bums & Tums.' Establishing this routine has not only kept her active, but also introduced her to a supportive community where she's made friends and new connections.

Jo even enjoys simple activities, such as cleaning with the radio on to boost her mood. She's a firm believer in the power of staying active; it's become a cornerstone of her mental health journey!
