Natasha remains active despite having a busy schedule

Natasha’s level of activity has somewhat changed throughout the years, from competing in kickboxing competitions, to now predominantly being a kickboxing coach/yoga instructor. She also now enjoys strength training with her powerlifting personal trainer twice a week, this helps to maintain strength and stability in her joints using weights and bodyweight exercises. Natasha also enjoys other forms of physical activity, such as yoga and walking her dog.

Being active is a big part of Natasha’s life, even to the point where if she isn’t active for over a day then she can start to notice a difference in her mood. Because of this, she aims to walk her dog at least once a day, or move her body on a mat, as even just a few minutes can boost her mood.

Natasha is also a full-time carer for her grandmother, and therefore must balance this with working 7 days a week as a yoga studio owner. Natasha wants to help other busy-local residents to build physical activity into their schedule, as even just a few minutes of moderate exercise has fantastic long-term effects on your physical and mental health.
