About Esprit Ladies Health Club & Spa
We pride ourselves on pioneering the 1st exclusive Ladies Only Health Club & Spa within Leicester for all age groups.
With facilities such as cardio and resistance machines, an easy line hydraulic circuit and a fully functional strength training area, where you can test yourselves to the max, and really "PUSH YOUR LIMITS!"
Our aim is to make your experience totally unique within a ladies only environment that includes all staff and management to enjoy the brand new equipment, the variety of classes and then relax in our new spa & sauna.
We also offer a variety of classes to include the following:

Once you're done, you can catch up with friends and work within our cafe, whilst enjoying a post-workout shake, a coffee or a relaxing herbal tea. You can enjoy all of this whilst taking advantage of our free wifi.
