Get Set Eat Fresh
Get Set to Eat Fresh is a free education programme for families and teachers, providing recipe ideas, activities, competitions and more. Through free downloadable resources and videos, the programme helps young people aged 5–14 develop their love of and curiosity about healthy, sustainable food, as well as the knowledge and skills they need to cook nutritious, low-cost meals.
You can share Get Set to Eat Fresh's resources with parents and carers for fun, quick and easy-to-run ideas to support families in exploring healthy food!

Children's Healthier Eating Toolkit
You can access and download a free Children's Healthier Eating Toolkit to help you support families to make positive changes to their diet. The toolkit contain ten fun, easy to run activities, aimed at children aged 2-11 years and is perfect for use in HAF clubs to deliver healthy eating sessions.
