Leicester-Shire & Rutland Sport Chair Bev Smith, on behalf of the LRS Board and Team have issued a statement following the tragic incident that occurred at the King Power Stadium on Saturday evening.
"Everyone at Leicester-Shire & Rutland Sport is deeply saddened to learn that the Leicester City FC Chairman and four fellow passengers have lost their lives following Saturday night's tragic incident.
Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha helped bring the most magical title win for Leicester City FC; he made the dream come true.
Our deepest condolences and thoughts are with their families, friends, Leicester City FC and those connected with the club at this most difficult time"
