Skills Support for the Workforce - Fully funded training to help your business progress (Leicester and Leicestershire)

Serco are delivering a project called 'Skills Support for the Workforce' and they are able to offer a number of level 2 and 3 training courses to support a number of aspects of running a business.

Some of the most relevant to the sports sector include:

• Business Administration
• Management and Team Leading
• Certificate in Management Level 3
• Customer Services
• Sales
• Food Safety and Hospitality
• Certificate in Cleaning Principals
• Functional Skills
• Spectator Safety Level 2 or 3

Individuals must be employed or self employed (even with a Zero Hour Contract) to be eligible for the training.

If the employer has 4-5 people or more the training can take place on their premises which is beneficial to the workforce involved.

ALL OF THIS IS FULLY FUNDED SO HIGHLY BENEFICIAL TO EMPLOYEES AND EMPLOYERS. Available to employers in any sector.
