School Games - Parallel Sportshall Athletics 2022

On the 9^th of December we held the School Games Parallel Sports Hall Athletics event for KS3, 4 and 5, in partnership with Leicestershire & Rutland's Disability Athletics Association. It was an amazing day and thank you to everyone that came along and took part.

There were a range of activities to get involved with, including: javelin, long jump, high stepper and chest push, and the day ended with relay races. Everyone was giving it their all and enjoying themselves. It was great to see the support, encouragement and cheering that everyone had for their teammates, as well as giving one another tips and showing each other how was best to complete an activity.

We had a 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd place for each age group as well as the Spirit of the Games for the school that showed the most resilience and support for one another.
