Free, safe and confidential mental health support for children & young people is available through the new "My Self Referral" page created by NHS Leicestershire, Leicester & Rutland.

In a significant stride towards enhancing healthcare accessibility and empowering young people, NHS Leicestershire, Leicester, and Rutland have unveiled an innovative online platform called "My Self Referral" aimed at people under the age of 18.

This user-friendly website aims to streamline the process of seeking medical services and enable individuals to take charge of their mental health journey by accessing information or self-referring to mental health programmes.
