Family fun was in full swing thanks to an open weekend officially launching the new, state-of-the-art soft play at Enderby Leisure Centre on the weekend of Saturday and Sunday, January 13th and 14th.
Courtesy of a £300,000 investment by facility operator Everyone Active, the soft play has already been going down a storm with families. Since opening last month the facility has recorded more than 3,000 attendances.
The open weekend was a chance to show off the facility, give it the official Council seal of approval and raise funds for Dementia UK, the charity of choice for Everyone Active.
The new facility was opened by Councillor Nigel Grundy, Blaby District Council Portfolio Holder for Neighbourhood Services and Assets, and Chairman of the Council, Cheryl Cashmore.
