Back Care Awareness Week - 3rd - 7th October

Back Care Awareness Week is organised by the charity BackCare. The aim of the week is to raise awareness of the problems back pain can cause, as well as providing information on prevention and treatments available.

Previous campaigns have focused on Working from Home; Studying at Home; Spending More Time at Home; Back Pain in Nursing; Back Pain in Golf

BackCare will produce materials that will be available to share with friends, family and colleagues.
