Setting up and Reviewing your Structure

This session will give you the knowledge of what structures are available for VCSE organisations and what is appropriate for the approach you want to take in supporting your local community. Including the opportunity to review if the structure you have set up for your organisation is appropriate.

Please note a maximum of 2 attendees per organisation can book and attend the event.

Who is this course suitable for?

The workshop is intended for those with responsibility for the governance of a VCSE organisation such as a trustee, founder, or senior staff member.

This course is available to VCSE organisations already based / or looking to set up with a registered address in the county of Leicestershire

Learning Outcomes:

At the end of this session, learners will have gained an:

• Understanding of the main types of VCSE organisations

• Pros and cons of those structures

• Knowledge of how to start that journey of setting up a formal structure or revising your organisation's structure
