Masterclass in Business Growth Management - 3.5 days

This session will be led by Alison Machin and is designed to work with entrepreneurs to review current business models and to identify key areas that are preventing progress or are highlighting potential barriers to growth.

Participants will work with a business growth specialist to assess their current position and to tease out important information that will help them identify stretching targets for each key business area.

The outcome of the Masterclass will be a bespoke Action Plan to make growth plans realistic and achievable.

Sessions will be face-to-face and will take place at DMU's Innovation Centre in Leicester.
