The SMB Group's - Employer Skills Forum is designed to provide local, regional and national employers with an opportunity to develop pipeline recruitment whilst ensuring students gain industry relevant skills, knowledge and behaviours in preparation for the world of work. An exciting prospect to shape the students future and help them make the smooth transition from education to employment and potentially become your future workforce.

Please join this session for a chance to network with likeminded employers which will inspire and inform our students of the rewarding career opportunities available in your industry, whilst addressing the skills / knowledge shortage of the sector.

There will also be an update on Education Reforms with particular emphasis on T Levels and what this will mean for you…

The feedback and information shared during the meeting will be focussed around:

• What do you see the short- and long-term challenges in your business?
• What current skills gaps do you have in your organisation and what can SMB do to support this?
• If you aren't already involved in the co-design / co-delivery of the curriculum / apprenticeship – would you be willing to get involved?
• What can SMB do to make your contribution and commitment easier?

Following this meeting the SMB Group will be looking to establish regular Employer Skills Forum as part of continuously developing the curriculum delivery models, informed by industry.
