Club Matters Webinar: Financial Management - Share and Learn Community of Practice

This session is for budget holders and those within the organisation who have a responsibility to ensure income is more than expenditure. It is an interactive session (1 hour, 15 minutes) with delegates participating in discussion and considering organisational scenarios.

By the end of this session, delegates will be able to: ​

• Identify the principles of good financial management to aid financial sustainability​
• Identify key tools to support the process of financial management
