SMB Group Employer Forum

The employer skills forums are held multiple times throughout the year and are specific to each subject we teach at the SMB College Group.

The aim of the forums are for the college to work with local employers to see how we can better prepare our students for the working world, and also inform employers of the ever changing world of education.

Please join this session for a chance to network with likeminded employers which will inspire and inform our students of the rewarding career opportunities available in your industry, whilst addressing the skills / knowledge shortage of the sector.

The feedback and information shared during the meeting will be focussed around:

• What do you see the short- and long-term challenges in your business?
• What current skills gaps do you have in your organisation and what can SMB do to support this?
• If you aren't already involved in the co-design / co-delivery of the curriculum / apprenticeship – would you be willing to get involved?
• What can SMB do to make your contribution and commitment easier?
