In response to the Independent Commission for Equality in Cricket (ICEC) report published in June 2023 the ECB have devised an EDI strategy to make cricket the most inclusive sport in England & Wales. This strategy consists of several elements, one of which relates to our talent pathways.

About Talent Pathway Inclusion Officer (2 positions available)

Your role will be to work with ECB colleagues, County & Regional Talent Pathway Leads to plan, manage, and implement projects aimed at "removing barriers to accessing the pathway, increasing opportunity and improving transitions." You will be working across the whole of our Talent Pathways, encompassing both boy's and girl's pathway programmes.
