About The Role

We are seeking an Assessment and Resulting Administrator to join our team on a part-time (21 hours per week), permanent basis. Where possible flexible working patterns for those 21 hours will be considered.This role will initially be home based. Once our office in Loughborough (Leicestershire) reopens the role will be a combination of office based and home based.
This is an exciting opportunity working within the Institute of Swimming as part of a busy team. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient, effective and timely awarding of learners certificates.Reporting to the Quality Assurance and Funded Training Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an effective resulting service to the Institute of Swimming in conjunction with the wider team supported by the line manager. The role will ensure that all aspects of administration, across all of the Institute of Swimming's systems, are completed accurately and timely. This will include ensuring that certificates are resulted in good time and in line with awarding organisation time scales. It may be necessary to resolve queries relating to the certification process and liaising with key stakeholders.To find out more about the role, please download the full job description and person specification. The successful candidate must:

  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Have proven experience of working in an administration role
  • Have comprehensive IT skills
  • Be able to work under pressure and to challenging timescales
